To prepare
Start with breaking the biscuits into small chunks and set them aside. Heat the milk and bring it to a boiling temperature. Meanwhile drain the rice. Once the milk starts boiling, add the rice by reducing the boil. Keep the milk on a simmer and let the rice cook for about 35 minutes. Add the sugar and stir to make sure no lumps are formed. Keep scraping the sides of the pan and add the dried milk back into the mixture. When the rice is almost cooked, add the almonds, cashews, cardamom powder, and saffron. Once the rice is fully cooked and the kheer has thickened, remove from heat and let it cool down to room temperature. Now add the biscuit chunks and stir to combine and refrigerate until it is chilled. Ladle the kheer with biscuit chunks into serving bowls, and garnish with half of a Dark Fantasy biscuit before serving.
