To prepare
Combine the custard powder with ¼ cup of milk and stir until smooth. Place the custard mixture, sugar, and remaining milk in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Stir in the cocoa powder and whisk to avoid lumps. Keep stirring until the custard thickens. Simmer for 1 minute, and then remove from heat. Place it in the fridge to cool until required. Slice the bananas into 1cm slices and set aside. Break the Dark Fantasy biscuits into small chunks and put a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom of each glass. Top this with a layer of Dark Fantasy chunks. Follow this with a layer each, of whipped cream, and chocolate custard. Now, add the remaining fruits; mango cubes, grapes, watermelon balls, and blueberries. Add one more layer of whipped cream, followed by a few more blueberries. Garnish with a disc of chocolate with half a Dark Fantasy biscuit, icing sugar, mangoes and grapes and serve.
